Subscription Renewal

VibeMatch offers various subscription plans, including Annual VibeMatch subscription, Semi-annual VibeMatch subscription, and Monthly VibeMatch subscription, all of which operate on an "auto- renewal" basis. This means that your subscription will be automatically charged on a recurring schedule according to the plan you selected. For instance, if you opt for an annual subscription, your plan will renew automatically at the conclusion of the one-year period.

To prevent any unwanted charges, it is essential to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. Please note that the cancellation process may differ depending on the device you are using. Furthermore, simply deleting the VibeMatch app will not suffice to terminate your subscription renewal. Please ensure you complete the proper cancellation steps to avoid further billing.

How to Cancel Your Subscription on iOS

To cancel your subscription on an iPhone, follow these steps:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  • Tap on your Name at the top, then select Subscriptions.
  • Find and select the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Tap on Cancel Subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription on Android

To cancel your subscription on an Android device, do the following:

  • Open the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner, then select Subscriptions.
  • Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and select it.
  • Click on Cancel Subscription.

Important Note

Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access for the remaining days that you have already paid for. Please be aware that cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a retroactive refund for previous payments, and fees for prior periods cannot be prorated based on your cancellation.
